I stopped by a local Scotch store the other day and found that they were selling bottles of Glenmorangie - The Original at $59.95. A bit steep as they normally go for $40 a bottle. The kicker was that they are 1.75 liter bottles! 4 to a case. We bought a case on the spot. Should last awhile.

In a shaker half full of ice pour 3oz. of light rum (you can also use dark), 1oz of Drambue and Herseys Special Dark chocolate to taste. Shake well and pour into a large martini glass and drop in a maraschino cherry. A bit of Scotland, a bit of Bermuda and a bit of sweetness.
