It looks like the phone's ringtones are polyphonic. Unlike real-music ringers, polyphonic ringtones only simulate music using tones or preset instrument sounds. They cannot reproduce vocals or exact music.
You may be able to find songs that are usually played on bagpipes, it will sound like a computerized version of the song....

Well, at the verizon music site I found some stuff, I downloaded Molly Malone, and noticed they also had some Chieftains stuff. I cheated and recorded Lamont March and some Blackwatch, Argylls pipe tunes and then sent it to myself and made it into a ringtone. Doesn't sound that bad for a cheat. Thanks for your time sir!
