I dropped my wife off gently at the airport yesterday to catch her flight to Heathrow. From there she took a train to Penzance in Cornwall to spend a few days with the pirates. On the 21st she has been invited to a festival at the Meyyr Maidens, a neolithic stone circle, for the Summer Solstice. SHe is having dinner tonight at a tavern which has been a pirate hangout since the 1500's. Next week it is on to Wales for a 2 week tour and then back to London for a few days at the British Meuseum. It helps to have the FSA Scott after your name as there are discounts! She should be home July 8th and then we start planning our vacation for next year: 5 weeks in Cornwall, England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland in a VW camper.
